By far the best bang for your buck. I've stayed at the other 3 across the way and Burnin' Stump exceeded my expectations. It was more expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Each room has it's own cover for your boat. Something the other 3 didn't even offer. And the main reason you should stay here is for the cleanliness and hospitality. Must stay if you're going to Fork.
